To cancel your booking online, please
- Log into the site and enter “My account” – “My orders” – "Flight tickets" – "Booking #" – “Edit order.”
- Select the passenger/booking that you wish to cancel and the reason;
- Attach the required documents which will be listed after you select the refund reason;
- Click “Send request.”
Your ticket will be cancelled only after the amount refundable has been confirmed via
“My account”.
Please note that some fares are non-refundable. Read about
