If you did not find available/suitable seats for the needed route or the ticket sales haven't begun yet (there are more than 45 days before trip) you may order a free notification service and be the first to know about the tickets availability.
The tickets may reappear for sale due to:
- refund of the purchased tickets;
- supplementation an extra carriage to the train.
Be the first to know about the tickets availability, using a free search service selecting the appropriate variant:
- “Inform via Mail” – we will inform you when the seats are available by sending you SMS text message or e-mail;
- “Book Seats” – when the seats are available for sale, the system will book the tickets, and we will inform you via SMS text message and e-mail. The payment of the order should be made within 30 minutes by electronic means.
- “Buy ticket(s)” – if seats go on sale, the system will book them and pay for the order. Tickets will be sent to the specified email, you will receive sms-notification confirming purchase of the ticket(s).
The automatic ticket search service is available if:
- there are no appropriate variants for you on the search results page (for instance, the needed type of carriage or bottom seats);
- there are no free seats on sale for the given parameters;
- there are more than 45 days before your trip and ticket sales haven't begun yet.
When ordering the service, indicate the needed train number, carriage type, seats (bottom or top) and the date to which the tickets should be searched.
