If there is no field for entering a promo code on the payment page, it means that your promo code can not be applied for one of the following reasons:
- You buy tickets after being redirected by a meta search* engine.
- You buy Aeroflot, S7 or low-cost airline tickets (Ryanair, Ernest Airlines, Wizzair, Laudamotion, Vueling, Airarabia, Pegasus, Germanwings, etc.).
- You make a purchase from a mobile app.
- You used such payment methods as: Visa Checkout, "Buy on credit", "Pay in bank", PrivatBank terminal.

Meta search engines are sites which collect flight ticket offers from various sites and airlines.
