How to get a discount on a ride?
- Buy a flight ticket on Tickets.ua
- Download Uber app
- Register a Visa card on the app
- Before ordering a ride, enter the code TICKETSVISA in the section "Payment"
- Pay only 50% of fare. The discount will be automatically applied to the first ride to or from Borispol or Kiev airport or in the opposite direction.

- A ride at half price means a 50% discount, but no more than UAH 130. If a fare exceeds UAH 130, the remaining amount will be charged on the card.

Upon ride, you'll get information on the Uber ride with the discount if it was applied. You may also view information about the ride through Uber app or SMS banking. It must list the amount twice less than the fare. To check the information on Uber app, you need to refer to the section "Rides," pick the desired ride, and switch to the section "Receipt."

Yes. But only if your destination is Borispol or Kiev airport or if you are picked up at one of these airports.
To one account the Uber promo code may be applied only once, and the discount will apply to the first ride to/from Kiev airports which is paid for with any of your Visa cards.
If the promo code was activated by a family profile organizer, and a ride is taken by another member of the family profile, the fare will be charged without discount applied to the family profile organizer's card. If a family profile non-organizer has the promo code on their account and they take a ride – the discount will be applied first, and then the rest of the amount will be charged to the family profile organizer's card.
Payment card information is properly protected in the Uber system with the most advanced encryption technology which prevents from identifying card information for unauthorized use. For third parties not to access your account, we advise that you choose unique passwords and logins for your Uber accounts which are not used on other online servers (social networks, email, etc.). If there arise any questions on paying fares through Uber app, please contact Customer support through the app.
Uber fare is quoted according to the following rates: UAH 5 base fare and UAH 4.5 per mile. The fare is charged in hryvnias to the customer's card which was attached to the app during registration. The estimated and charged amounts may differ according to your issuing bank's rules. Uber does not charge any additional fees besides the fare.
If a fare exceeds promo code's face value, the remaining amount is charged to the card.
